Leading recruitment back-office ecosystem, Finity, has appointed Dale Simkiss as a Non-Executive Director (NED). Bringing with him a wealth of experience in recruitment sector payroll, compliance and back-office transformation, Dale will provide strategic support and operational compliance to the recently launched recfintech firm.

A results-driven strategist, with a proven track record of optimising complex payroll and compliance systems in temporary staffing sectors, Dale’s insight and deep industry connections will further bolster Finity’s commitment to operational excellence and financial unity across the entire recruitment ecosystem.

As the co-founder of SHC Group, a specialist consultancy firm he runs alongside Iain Herron, Dale’s industry expertise and extensive network make him a key asset to Finity as the company continues to innovate and refine its payroll technology solutions. In his role as NED, Dale will provide high-level executive oversight and compliance guidance, helping Finity enhance efficiency, reduce risk, and drive sustainable growth.

Dale’s appointment follows his successful leadership at Omnia Outsourcing, where he scaled the business and implemented transformative compliance frameworks before its exit to private equity in 2023. His focus now lies in empowering businesses to improve margins and achieve next-level operational performance.

Varun Monteiro, CEO of Finity, commented: “Dale’s extensive expertise in payroll compliance and his deep understanding of the recruitment industry make him an invaluable addition to Finity’s leadership. His insight will help us refine our strategic direction and ensure we continue to set the standard for efficiency and compliance in the temporary staffing sector.”

With a military background, Dale’s discipline, precision, and strategic foresight have enabled him to transform inefficient back-office operations into high-performing, scalable solutions. Qualities set to strengthen Finity’s presence in the market.

Dale Simkiss added: “Finity is driving real innovation in payroll and compliance at a time when the recruitment industry is facing increasing complexity. I look forward to supporting the team as they continue to develop solutions that enhance efficiency, mitigate risk, and deliver real value to businesses navigating the evolving regulatory landscape.”

The appointment of Dale Simkiss underscores Finity’s commitment to delivering unified payroll and back-office solutions to the recruitment industry, with a strong focus on compliance, innovation, and customer success.
