Misys Appoints Rob Binns as Chief Financial Officer

Misys, the leading financial software company, announces today that it has appointed Rob Binns as its Chief Financial Officer. Mr Binns joins Misys from HP Inc where he was Head of Treasury and Investor Relations. He joined Hewlett-Packard in 2007 from Mercury Interactive and has held a number of senior finance positions in the company including VP Software Field Operations and VP Investor Relations before being appointed Vice President and CFO, HP Software in 2014. He has a strong track record within the software and technology sector, working closely with field organisations and delivering significant increases in operational profit.

Rob was recognised by Institutional Investor Magazine for his work in Investor Relations, winning the leading Tech IR award in 2014 and 2015. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants in the UK.
