P2 Energy Solutions is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Kilpatrick as Senior Vice President, Operational Excellence. In his role, Kilpatrick will help drive efficiencies by improving collaboration and developing business processes to ensure operational and cultural alignment across all the company’s divisions and functional teams.

Kilpatrick brings extensive experience in business planning, business processes, forecasting, resource allocation, acquisition integration, and service delivery for both technology and services organizations.

He joins P2 from IHS, where he served as Vice President of Business Operations for Sphera Solutions, formerly the Operational Excellence and Risk Management division within IHS.  Mark was responsible for operations planning and forecasting, business process improvement, and led several operations teams during his time at IHS.  Additionally he supported the successful integration of numerous companies acquired for the Operational Excellence and Risk Management division.

Prior to IHS he held senior management positions at Rolls Royce and ESS; focusing on embedding best practice in technology, professional services, and managed services.  He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Environmental Studies from Baylor University.
