iPayment Names O.B. Rawls IV CEO and Board Member

iPayment Holdings, Inc., a trusted provider of payment and processing solutions for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), announced that O.B. Rawls IV has been named Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and President of iPayment. He will also serve on iPayment's Board of Directors. Mr. Rawls' appointment was unanimously approved by the Board of Directors.

Mr. Rawls joined iPayment in April of this year after more than 30 years of executive leadership in and around payments and financial services. Most recently he served as Senior Vice President and General Manager, Partner Solutions, with First Data Corporation. His extensive experience also includes senior leadership roles with Hypercom, Caredata, Unified Merchant Services, and Bank of America.
