At iBe TSE, Stuart will be responsible for building out the consultancy’s FinTech and digital ecosystem.

Stuart Hall, Digital Practice Lead, iBe TSE commented: “Financial services isn’t being disrupted - the disruption has already happened. The rules have been rewritten and the focus is now on the industry and how it responds. What’s clear is that there is no way back. We now live in a digital state and banks need to reassess their vast operating models in order to identify where they want to compete and really focus on making these chosen products and services relevant for their customers.

“Digital technologies have a large role to play in helping banks recapture the personal and relevant relationships that today’s consumers crave. Operating in a complex and multi-faceted environment means that this change won’t happen overnight, but I believe iBe TSE is well placed to help banks align their vision of the future with the investments they need to make today in order for it to become a reality. Banks have got the data and the opportunity, our job is to help them seize it.”

iBe TSE is part of the Be Group and works with companies across Europe including Mastercard, UniCredit, and Banco Posta. It specialises in financial services and helping institutions to integrate digital and consumer-centric technologies. The appointment of Stuart as Digital Practice Lead strengthens the UK management team which is led by CEO, Francesco Scarnera. iBe TSE also recently acquired LOC Consulting further bolstering its senior leadership and expertise within the financial services sector.

Francesco Scarnera, CEO, iBe TSE commented: “Banks are tired of being told they’re facing problems as we hurtle towards the converged age. What they require is a partner that has the experience and expertise to help them de-risk digital investment and pioneer a new era of banking. Stuart’s experience in connecting banks with the FinTechs, delivering projects that have saved the organisations in question millions and forged new ways of working will be invaluable. He is a welcome addition to our senior team and I believe he will be a key contributor towards our aggressive growth plans in 2016.”
