FlexTrade Systems (@FlexTrade), a global leader in multi-asset execution and order management systems, today announced the appointment of Vishal Pandya as Chief Operating Officer (COO). In this newly created position, Pandya will serve as a member of FlexTrade’s executive leadership team and have overall responsibility for the performance and development of the company.

In this capacity Pandya will report to the CEO and be responsible for driving all functions/ products/geographies to achieve and surpass financial and business objectives. He will also be responsible for putting in place the necessary operating structure and management systems to enable FlexTrade to scale and accelerate growth. Lastly, Pandya will act as an executive sponsor and cultivate relationships with existing and new FlexTrade customers and partners.

Vishal Pandya joins FlexTrade after eight years at Hewlett Packard Enterprise where, most recently, he was Vice President, Operational Performance (Office of the COO), and worked closely with the CEO and COO to define a comprehensive operating plan and execute priority initiatives. Previously, he held various roles leading Strategy & Operations for Indirect Sales, Emerging Market Sales and Corporate Strategy at Hewlett Packard.  Prior to joining Hewlett Packard, Pandya spent seven years as a management consultant with McKinsey & Company, where he served clients in the financial services and industrial verticals on topics ranging from strategy, sales and marketing, and operational improvements.  

Pandya holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Bombay (India), and a MBA from Carnegie Mellon University where he was a Ford Scholar.
