EastNets names Tim Blackmore, GM for Europe Sales Operations

EastNets, a leading global provider of compliance and payments solutions for the financial services industry has announced the appointment of Tim Blackmore as the company’s new General Manager for Europe Sales Operations. Tim will be responsible for the revenues in Europe and managing the sales and the presales teams there.

Over the last 25 years, Tim has led the sale of fraud management and AML systems within major banks and card issuers in the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Tim’s appointment is expected to help usher EastNets' solutions to the next level while also developing a sales roadmap that will oversee the company's long-term technology vision and direction.

Commenting on the new appointment, Hazem Mulhim, CEO, EastNets said: “As we continue to build on this momentum and drive strategic growth and partnerships in Europe, I am delighted to welcome Tim Blackmore to the EastNets family.  Tim will play a key role in our continuing move towards growth and development in Europe.”

Tim has a strong record of achievement and demonstrable success while providing award-winning leadership in highly a competitive market. He has held many leading Business Development and Managerial position with known IT/ financial institutions including IBM, FICO, SAS, and Misys.
