DMS Appoints John D'Agostino as Managing Director

 DMS Offshore Investment Services Ltd., (DMS) the world's largest fund governance firm, is expanding its New York City Office with the appointment of John D'Agostino as Managing Director.

D'Agostino will lead the firm's North and South American operations, directing global business development strategy and advising on hedge funds and other alternative investments, structuring and business solutions for offshore funds.

He joins DMS from Alkeon Capital Management, a multi-billion dollar registered investment adviser, where he was a Managing Director. Prior to that he served as a Director of KPMG Consulting.

Earlier in his career, he was Head of Strategy at New York Mercantile Exchange, where he helped transition the floor to electronic trading. He was also responsible for the development of the Dubai Mercantile Exchange, the first Middle East commodity derivatives exchange.

"John's entrepreneurial background and experience within the financial sector and hedge funds space made him a perfect fit for DMS," said Anne Storie, DMS Chief Executive Officer. "He is an extremely valuable addition to our talented team and we're thrilled to welcome him."

D'Agostino lives in New York City. He attended Williams College, Oxford University, and Harvard Business School, where he earned a Master in Business Administration.
