BCSG, the award-winning cloud application marketplace provider, has today announced the appointment of Simon Lunn to the role of Chief Operating Officer.  Simon will be responsible for the deployment and delivery of new products and services to the telecoms and financial services markets and for meeting many of the challenges that come with BCSG’s growth.

Simon was previously VP Customer Excellence and Business Operations of Cloud Services for Deutsche Telecom.  He led teams managing the development, operation and customer service of their online application marketplaces as well as commercial teams focused on business intelligence, market research and revenue generation.  He has previously held a series of operations and service positions, in addition to marketing, finance and program roles, both in mobile telecoms, during its rapid growth, and in fixed telecoms.
