Vocalink Welcomes Rosy Ruiz as Senior Vice President

VocaLink, the global payment partner to banks, corporates and governments, today announced that Rosy Ruiz has joined the firm as Senior Vice President, Sales, Americas.

Based in the US, Rosy will be responsible for business development in North, Central and South America, and the Caribbean, working across the full range of VocaLink products.

Rosy has extensive experience of the payments sector having spent almost two decades working for a variety of financial institutions across product development, marketing and sales. Rosy joins from Earthport, where she was Vice President of Business Development across Latin America and the Caribbean, driving revenue for the payment network provider.

Rajiv Garodia, Managing Director of VocaLink International Business, commented, “Rosy has joined VocaLink at a very important time for the business internationally. She will be focused on responding to the growing interest in instant payments from the Americas and instrumental in building key relationships across the region. Rosy will also support our ongoing work in the US, where we are currently working with The Clearing House to develop a real-time payment service for North America. 

“Rosy’s knowledge and expertise will be invaluable in introducing our systems across the region as we continue our growth internationally.”
