Virtual payments pioneer Conferma has partnered with Strawberry Hotels, one of the leading Nordic hospitality brands, to bring secure, seamless, and fully automated corporate travel payments to thousands of corporations. 

This latest partnership benefits from Conferma’s integration with Mews, Strawberry’s property management system (PMS). By enabling frictionless virtual card acceptance, the integration ensures travellers enjoy seamless stays, hotels operate more efficiently, and corporates gain enhanced visibility and reconciliation.

Through Conferma Connect Direct, key virtual card and payment instructions are delivered directly into Strawberry’s PMS via API, giving hotel staff the authority and information they need to process payments securely at check-in. The integration removes reliance on emailed forms or manual entry, reducing errors and streamlining operations without ever exposing full card details.
