Organisations looking to complete their digitisation journey can now increase the control and visibility of their purchase-to-pay functions thanks to a new partnership.

Commercial and Compleat Software are utilising their combined industry expertise to provide a solution that will transform your AP and purchase-to-pay processes.

The new partnership will give Commercial’s customers access to Compleat’s best-in-class supplier invoice automation, online buying and digital procurement.

Compleat’s users will gain a fully-integrated punch-out function to Commercial’s range of online product catalogues.

Commercial co-founder and director, Alastair Adams, said the partnership would not only help automate previously complicated functions but also offer a series of other benefits.

“When it comes to making purchases in the digital age, how you buy is as important as what you buy,” he said.

“Working alongside Compleat means we can use market-leading applications to help transform our customers' buying experience.

“From purchase through to invoice and payment, we can offer a seamless, smooth and secure system that will streamline the process for your accounting teams.”

Annabel Sim, VP of global sales at Compleat Software added: “This partnership is already shaping up to be very successful.

“Our punch-out into Commercial’s catalogue is being used by more and more users.

“We can’t wait to help Commercial’s customers achieve the extraordinary through Compleat P2P automation.”

Commercial’s existing customers can integrate the Compleat software with the Commercial e-commerce platform, Sprint, speeding up the ordering and invoicing process.

Automated purchasing and invoice processing tasks will remove the need for time-consuming manual data entry, freeing staff and saving time.

A full workflow approval process for both purchase requisitions and invoice processing is included within the user portal for this cloud-based and simple-to-deploy solution.

Reporting and analytics will help to deliver effective supplier management, and data-driven savings as well as assist with environmental reporting and carbon reductions.
