B2Broker Group Acquires FSC Licence in Mauritius for the Provision of Multi-Asset Brokerage Services

The Financial Services Commission (FSC) of Mauritius has granted a licence to B2Broker, a leading provider of liquidity and technological solutions to the Forex and financial services sectors. Licence # C117017139 was issued to B2B Prime Services Limited, a B2Broker Group company with an Investment Dealer licence (Full Service Dealer excluding underwriting /code SEC-2.1). B2B Prime Services Limited holds the licence as of November 12, 2021.

Description of the Authorized Activity

As B2B Prime Services is a licensed Dealer in Securities, the company is entitled to serve as an intermediary in order to execute securities transactions on behalf of customers in line with relevant local regulations. The company will operate in Mauritius as a Prime of Prime (PoP) Multi-Asset Liquidity Provider, with a primary emphasis on institutional and professional customers in the financial markets and secondary markets. Its primary investment product is leveraged derivatives in the contract for difference (CFDs) (e.g. Forex, metals, commodities, shares, indices).
