Propital has partnered with freemium open banking platform Nordigen for secure access to financial data.

Propital is a prop-tech company founded in 2021. Propital offers a digital solution to managing real estate, such as properties, leases, tenants and more. The firm offers a simple and transparent product and pricing model, and they can integrate directly with private and business bank accounts, through their integration with Nordigen, to automatically control payments. The connection helps further bring to life Propital’s aim to simplify property management as much as possible.

“Our solution was created to help make property management more automated and essentially create an “autopilot” service to handle tasks such as sending out invoices, arranging rent payments and security deposits. To enable our platform to become more intuitive and self-sufficient we turned to open banking, and found an ideal partner in Nordigen,'' explains Oliver Busk Jensen, Founder of Propital.

The open banking connection lets clients connect their bank accounts, link accounts to leases and enable automatic charge reconciliation.

“Open banking is very versatile and can be adjusted to fit a wide range of needs and services. Propital’s choice to opt for open banking connections, and Nordigen specifically, opens up new possibilities and automations for their platform, making it run more efficiently and let the solution cover tasks, which otherwise would take up property managers’ valuable time and resources. We are elated to be collaborating with Propital and helping them achieve their goals of making busy lives easier,” says Rolands Mesters, co-founder and CEO of Nordigen.
