Nordigen, the only free open banking platform, has started a collaboration with digital road freight forwarder Sennder to help with transactional data monitoring and reporting.

Sennder is a digital road logistics platform that allows shippers to monitor road carriers in order to make shipping more efficient and predictable. The app provides all the necessary live information on parcel movements with time stamps via an integrated GPS system, making coordination easy with reminders. The innovative logistics system simplifies the process of receiving parcels and establishes a hub for centralised communication between the sender, carrier, and driver across Europe.

“We are glad to be working with Nordigen and in turn enhancing our automated tracking services via PSD2-regulated API solutions. The transactional data helps us inform our users when they receive transfers, track shipping costs and share clear financial information, ” says Vitalii Chaus, Senior Product Manager of Sennder.

Nordigen's open banking tools help Sennder track and monitor clients’ financial transactions in order to thoroughly monitor the shipping process. Not only do the clients receive transfer notifications, they also are supplied with meaningful and understandable messages relating to the transfer’s origins and what the payment is for.

“Sennder was created to automate and digitalise freight logistics and we are delighted that Nordigen can provide them with financial information to further elevate their services. Our PSD2-regulated API solutions provide all the transactional data needed for innovative industry players, such as Sennder, and we are excited for this use case of open banking data '' says Rolands Mesters, co-founder and CEO of Nordigen.
