prevero, a Unit4 company and a leading provider of Corporate Performance Management (CPM) and Business Intelligence (BI) solutions, has ranked first in six categories in the world’s largest survey of BI software users.

According to the new global BARC THE BI Survey 16, prevero rated particularly well for its flexibility, agility and ease-of-use - significantly improving on its strong performance in previous BARC BI surveys. In summarising prevero’s performance in the survey, BARC concluded that ‘companies can benefit greatly from using prevero, especially in terms of improved data quality and faster and more accurate reporting, analysis and planning’.

“BARC THE BI Survey 16 is the world’s largest and most comprehensive survey of business intelligence end users, so we’re delighted that prevero has again performed strongly over the last year and secured an impressive number of THE BI Survey 16 top rankings,” commented prevero’s CEO Alexander Springer. “This is the third year in a row that prevero has featured in BARC’s BI Survey, and we’re particularly proud that our rankings are the direct result of feedback from our own end-users. The fact that we were listed top in Flexibility for Users and Agility, also confirms prevero’s commitment to delivering solutions that help take our users beyond the limitations of traditional self-service BI.”

prevero was rated as a leader in Visual Design Standards across three key THE BI Survey 16 peer groups: Integrated Performance Management Products, EMEA-focused vendors and OLAP Analysis-Focused products. prevero was also listed as a leader in Ease of Use for Integrated Performance Management Products, and as a leader in Competitive Win Rates for EMEA-focused vendors.

The results of THE BI Survey 16 are based on the findings from the world’s largest and most comprehensive survey of business intelligence end users, conducted from February to May 2016 by the Business Application Research Center (BARC). In total, 3,137 people responded to the survey with 2,611 answering a series of detailed questions about their use of a number of products. In total, 37 products or groups of products were analysed in detail, such as business benefits, project success, recommendations, customer satisfaction, customer experience, innovation and agility.
