-Recall Holdings Limited (ASX: REC), a global leader in document storage, digital information solutions, data protection and secure destruction services, today announced the acquisition of C21 Data Services Limited, an independent secure records management and document scanning service provider, based in Aberdeen, Scotland.

C21 has served the oil and gas industry for 17 years and this expertise establishes a new market for Recall in Scotland, including base support at facilities in Edinburgh and Glasgow.

Integration with C21 has already started including plans to bring Recall’s advanced information management technology and services to the C21 customers as well as bring Scotland-based storage facilities and operations to current Recall clients.
