Aon Enters Into Agreement to Acquire Admix

 Aon announced it has entered into an agreement to acquire Admix, a leading health and benefits brokerage and solutions firm in Brazil. Financial terms were not disclosed and the acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approval.

"The private health insurance market in Brazil has shown steady growth in recent years despite challenging macroeconomic conditions. "Admix complements Aon's existing industry-leading capabilities, more than doubles our presence in Brazil and also expands our ability to serve clients in Latin America, and around the world."
