Cytora Launches Concierge to Unlock Complete Digitization for Commercial Insurance

Cytora has announced a major new release for its digital risk processing platform that will accelerate the transition to digital-first operating models that place trading experience at the center, with the launch of Cytora Concierge.

With Concierge, insurers, brokers, and reinsurers have the control to automatically digitize any request that arrives in their intake - across all transaction types including new business, renewals, announcements and claims. Clients have control to evolve and expand the request types within their Concierge - without constraints or dependencies. 

Concierge, powered by agentic AI, understands every request, separates them when combined in the same interaction and activates the correct digitization schemas, enabling insurers who receive multiple request types in the same intake (including different lines of business and transaction types) to achieve unparalleled operating efficiency. With the power to understand any request including multi-request interactions, Concierge enables insurers to provide easier, faster, more coordinated experiences for trading partners in a softening market including “single front door” use cases. Developed in partnership with leading commercial insurers, it builds on the power of agentic AI introduced in Cytora Platform 3.0. 

Most commercial insurance interactions have at least one objective or request, often with multiple requests contained within the same interaction. Concierge can now understand these objectives, automatically classify each request, and connect it to the correct digitization schema that fulfills the user’s view of risk—even when multiple requests appear in the same interaction. This enables insurers to turn interactions into decision-ready transactions without manual triage or dedicated inboxes, enhancing control, streamlining risk flows and increasing accuracy, efficiency, and performance.

Key capabilities of Concierge include:

Single Front Door: Concierge enables insurers to receive their intake in one place with a single front door yet execute multi-tiered operating models which specialise workflows by transaction type and product line

Multi-request interactions: Concierge classifies multiple requests within a single interaction, for example, identifying multiple quotation requests for different lines of business or a new business quote request alongside an endorsement in the same email

Request-level file classification: In cases with multiple requests in the same interaction, Concierge matches the relevant files to each request. Only the relevant files for each individual case are connected with correct digitizer
