Work in Fintech Partners with payabl. to Empower Young Talent

Work in Fintech (‘WIF’), the social project aiming to increase diversity and social mobility for young people in fintech and web3, today announces payabl., one of Europe’s leading financial technology providers, as its first paytech partner supporting the non-profit organisation across its graduate outreach, education and engagement programmes.

Founded in 2020, WIF offers students, graduates and young people looking to transition into fintech and web3 through work experience, internship programmes, coaching and mentoring via its network of established fintechs, financial services businesses and institutions. The partnership with payabl. will see the organisation contributing to WIF’s programme of activities for the year, including hosting lectures, hackathons, virtual and in-person events for graduates seeking careers in fintech, as well as contributing to podcasts and other content as part of WIF’s outreach. 

As part of the partnership, payabl. will support the 2025 Work in Fintech Summit, where tens of aspiring fintech professionals from diverse backgrounds, aged 18-30, will meet for a day of career workshops, panel discussions, hackathons and networking with senior leaders in fintech and institutional finance. payabl. is a key partner for the event on Friday, 24th January in London, hosted by the UK trade body, The Investment Association.
