Financial technology company Iress has expanded the distribution of its mortgage and protection sourcing data through a new integration with Elev8, the CRM platform developed by Evolve Tech Solutions for Access FS.

Launched last month, Elev8 combines CRM functionality with integrated sourcing powered by Iress’ mortgage and protection data. The platform is used by 300 advisers, giving them access to up-to-date product information within their existing workflow and reducing the need to move between systems during the advice process.

The integration adds another adviser technology platform to the growing number of platforms using Iress’ mortgage and protection data. In 2025, Iress saw more than 66 million mortgage quotes through its web services - equivalent to almost one for every person in Britain.

Iress’ sourcing data is already used on its own mortgage and protection platforms, Trigold and Xplan Mortgage (XPM), and through digital client solutions and third-party technology integrations.

The latest integration demonstrates the scale and flexibility of Iress’ underlying sourcing infrastructure. A single mortgage sourcing database supports multiple routes to market, enabling Iress data to be embedded directly into third-party technology and the workflows advisers already use.
