Fast-Growing Fintech Carmoola Joins Zuto Marketplace to Reach Even More Car Buyers

Carmoola, the car finance fintech, has widened access to its lending products by joining Zuto’s marketplace of trusted lenders. The partnership will enable Carmoola to reach customers on multiple channels via the Zuto platform.

This integration means car buyers who want to access Carmoola’s quick finance approval, instant tap-or-transfer payment methods, and simple in-app loan management, can now do so online, by email or over the phone through Zuto. They will also have access to Zuto’s car buying experts to support them with their vehicle search.

The businesses engaged in a rigorous integration process, connecting their systems to maintain a fast and seamless customer experience and a secure flow of data. Both companies share a common goal: to transform the car finance industry and ensure a smooth, transparent customer journey when buying a used car with finance.

Carmoola launched in March 2022, providing an innovative app-based application process that ensures fast finance approval tailored to an individual’s specific needs. It recently secured a £15.5 million investment, enabling it to broaden access to its products.

The Zuto marketplace, which provides access to 20 lenders, combines a hi-tech platform with human engagement. Its proprietary technology provides customers with quick decisions, as well as clarity around finance approval and available APRs. Its car buying experts can also communicate with customers via their preferred touchpoints, whether that’s online, on the phone, or by email. In addition to providing a marketplace for car finance, Zuto helps customers find a suitable vehicle and understand the options for purchasing with finance.
