ICS will be able to tailor its product offerings to small, medium and large corporations, and simplify and improve customer service, thanks to the new app from Tieto’s Card Services.

Through the agreement, Tieto strengthens its relationship with ICS, an independent subsidiary of ABN AMRO Bank and the largest credit card issuer in its Netherlands headquarters.

The new system has been developed to make ICS’s commercial card offering more secure, flexible and cost effective. It joins an existing consumer card management service already provided by Tieto.

The new commercial application is part of Tieto’s Card Services, the card management system that Tieto provides ICS with on an outsourced basis. Card Services has been the core application at ICS since 2000, serving its business with full flexibility and proven stability.

According to Nico Lodewijk, chief operating officer at ICS, the decision was made to go with the vendor, “based upon our experience of Tieto’s advanced and professional services”.
