Timeline raises £10 Million Series B Funding Round & Surpasses £3bn AUM

Timeline, an end-to-end financial planning platform, has proudly announced its recent accomplishments in the finance industry.

The company successfully raised £10m in its Series B funding round. The round was led by Blackfin Capital Partners, a private investment firm specialising in FinTech. Other notable participants included MTech Capital, board member of Peel Hunt, Darren Carter, and former CEO of Interactive Investor, Adam Seale.

Known for its rapid growth, Timeline provides financial advisers with an all-encompassing platform, offering tools for initial client fact-finding, risk profiling, cash flow modelling, investment analytics, and Timeline Portfolios. The latter is a suite of low-cost, high-performing model portfolios, solidifying its reputation in the industry.

The funds raised are earmarked to amplify Timeline’s mission. This mission revolves around equipping financial advisors with state-of-the-art technology that streamlines their operations, enhances the client experience, and improves financial outcomes for a vast number of UK citizens.

Having been recognised as ‘the UK’s fastest growing DFM in 2021 and 2022’, Timeline has proved its dedication to offering financial advice firms an affordable framework that benefits both clients and advisers. The company’s ambition is to stand amongst the top three tech and Model Portfolio Service providers for IFAs, considering the UK’s financial advice market boasts a whopping £1tn in AUM.
