Nullify announced $12.5 million in new funding, led by SYN Ventures with continued support from Black Nova Venture Capital. The investment will accelerate the company’s mission to redefine product security through autonomous AI-powered execution.

Nullify is not another productivity tool for security engineers. It is a platform that deploys a team of AI security employees directly into an organization—designed to operate autonomously across the entire product security lifecycle.

These AI agents continuously discover, validate, and remediate high-impact vulnerabilities while building long-term institutional memory. Over time, they learn how to reason across systems, workflows, and organizational structures—enabling them to autonomously manage and execute a company’s product security program.

Nullify performs the downstream operational labor traditionally handled by security engineers. This includes identifying and validating vulnerabilities, generating patches, navigating ownership across teams, negotiating remediation timelines, escalating stalled initiatives, and driving fixes through to completion within complex engineering environments.

By replacing product security labor end-to-end—from validation and prioritization to remediation—Nullify enables organizations to strengthen security outcomes without increasing headcount.

As part of this next phase of growth, Nullify welcomes Glenn Chisholm to its Board of Directors. His addition comes as the company scales its operations and advances its vision of becoming the defining AI-native security company for the new era of AI-driven cyber threats.

Nullify extends its gratitude to the customers who place their trust in the platform to deliver measurable, real-world security outcomes.
