Corgi today announced a $160 million Series B financing round at a $1.3 billion valuation, led by TCV. The new financing comes just 16 weeks after the company announced its $108 million Series A, bringing total funding to more than $268 million.

“This funding marks an important milestone in our mission to modernize insurance for underserved industries,” said [Founder Name], Co-Founder and CEO of Corgi. “When Emily and I started Corgi, we wanted to build the insurance company we wished had existed when we were starting out. We’ve rebuilt the experience from the ground up, and this new capital allows us to scale what we’ve built while expanding into entirely new verticals.”

Corgi plans to use the new funding to expand into additional markets including trucking, payroll, and small business insurance. The company will also continue investing heavily in technology, operations, and hiring as it scales nationwide.
