Electrolux Selects Nasdaq's BWise for GRC Efforts

Nasdaq's BWise (Nasdaq:NDAQ), a global leader in enterprise Governance, Risk Management and Compliance (eGRC), announced today that it has been selected by Electrolux, a global leader in home and professional appliances with headquarters in Stockholm. Electrolux will begin using the integrated GRC platform by initially implementing the software solution for internal control to further improve its internal control program and standards.

"We are pleased to welcome Electrolux to the BWise GRC community," said Peter de Verdier, Vice President and Head of BWise. "As a market-leading, globally-operated company, Electrolux understands the importance of an integrated GRC approach very well. With an increasing number of clients in the Nordics like Electrolux, we are able to bolster localized knowledge sharing and leverage mutual experiences to better benefit our clients' needs in this region."

The Nasdaq BWise® GRC Platform will not only provide the technology to support Electrolux's GRC program, but will also help the company to improve proper and efficient documentation of internal control work. In addition, the platform will allow Electrolux to enable day-to-day monitoring of their program via automated dashboards, and provide and improve reliable reporting and communications with management, external audit and the audit committee.

BWise is a Nasdaq fully-owned company and positioned by independent analysts such as ForresterGartner and Chartis as a leader in enterprise GRC platforms.
