This industry recognition is courtesy of the 'Great Place To Work UK', which conducted an extensive Trust Index employee survey earlier this year. The survey researched various aspects of the employee experience, including work-life balance, and job satisfaction, across all departments and seniority levels. SmartSearch's inclusion in this list underscores a dedication to ensuring a rewarding and supportive work environment, where every employee finds a blend of professional growth and personal well-being.

This continued development of its innovative technology drove a 16 per cent expansion of its client base in the banking, finance, legal, accountancy, property, insurance, investment and property development sectors. 

But while the number of its clients grew, the company retained its industry-leading 98 per cent customer retention rate. 

As a result, SmartSearch’s digital platform is now trusted by more than 6,00 clients and 55,000 users across the UK, Europe and United States. This includes one in three of the UK’s top 200 law firms, 30 per cent of top 100 accountancy firms and more than 1,000 property firms.
