SilverCloud Expands its Clientele

Between July and August of 2016, SilverCloud, Inc., a SaaS company specializing in banking-specific sales and service solutions, signed nine new customers, including First National Bank and Trust, Army Aviation Center Federal Credit Union, Department of Commerce Federal Credit Union, Provident Bank, Mission Federal Credit Union, United Solutions Company, Schools Financial, Flushing Bank and Stoneham Bank.

SilverCloud’s self-service solutions help financial institutions of all sizes to efficiently tackle day-to-day operations by significantly reducing the amount of search time needed to find answers, as opposed to searching for answers within cumbersome legacy systems. SilverCloud implements an organized and easily accessible solution which creates a less stressful work environment for employees, increases call center productivity and frees up time for key back office employees.

Out of the nine financial institutions, Department of Commerce Federal Credit Union, Provident Bank, Mission Federal Credit Union and First National Bank and Trust chose Compass to streamline employee communications and their access to pertinent information, while Flushing Bank, Army Aviation Center Federal Credit Union and Schools Financial opted for SilverCloud’s Breeze solution to improve customer experience across all banking channels. As for Stoneham Bank, they selected both Breeze and Compass solutions.

First National Bank and Trust has been working with SilverCloud Breeze since 2010 and turned to SilverCloud Compass to enhance their internal operations. In addition to the banks and credit unions, United Solutions, a company hosting Fiserv based core systems for credit unions, has signed on with SilverCloud to help assist with documentation and support for their credit union clients.

SilverCloud’s suite of software solutions includes two unique products, Compass™ and Breeze™. Compass seamlessly integrates with financial institutions’ intranet to provide customer service representatives with immediate and up-to-date information. Breeze integrates across a financial institutions’ mobile, internet and banking channels to provide customer self-service and sales.
