Free three-month subscription offer on Vocalcom’s Cloud Contact Centre solution

Vocalcom, a leading contact centre and cloud solutions provider, has announced that it will be offering free three-month subscriptions for its Cloud Contact Centre solution during their participation at this year’s edition of GITEX Technology Week, the largest information and communications technology (ICT) event in the Middle East, Africa and South Asia, which will be held from October 18 to 22, 2015 at the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC).

Under the terms of the promotion, the company is offering an initial three-month free subscription upon subscribing to its Cloud Contact Centre solution package.

Vocalcom will also throw the spotlight on its diverse portfolio of contact automation solutions and services during the exciting week-long show. The company’s stand will be located at Stand No. Z-C30 at the Zabeel Hall of the DWTC.

Vocalcom’s Cloud Contact Centre solution is an all-in-one software product that is highly secure, scalable and easy-to-use. This engaging new solution gives users the ability to efficiently manage all calls in one place–phone, web, email, text message or social media. This gives sales representatives the added advantage of being able to increase sales and provide fast customer support and assistance.

Other features for the Cloud Contact Centre software include skills-based routing, prioritized calls and automatic screen pop. Lastly, the solution offers a Virtual Hold feature, which reduces hold time and smoothens call spikes.
