Infor, a leading provider of beautiful business applications specialised by industry and built for the cloud, announced that ARCA, a world leader in the field of payment systems and cash handling automation technology, hasselected Infor CloudSuite^TM Industrial Enterprise Solution to support its business growth.

Founded in 1998, with headquarters in Mebane, North Carolina and an established presence in more than 50 countries, ARCA offers its customers technological solutions and innovative services to simplify and secure money transactions. The company develops and deploys systems for automating cash operations to bank branches, retail stores and self-service kiosks.

Following its strong expansion, enriched by the acquisition of CTS group, an Italian provider of technologies to automate payments, ARCA has chosen Infor to implement a unified information system to help redefine business processes and integrate its production and logistics processes.

ARCA has chosen Infor CloudSuite Industrial Enterprise, a suite which provides access to several integrated applications within the cloud environment. The platform will provide the tools to manage all operational activities, from finance and planning, to management of production, quality control and analysis, in the Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud. The offer combines Infor Ming.le™, the platform that promotes social collaboration and Infor ION®, purpose-built middleware to integrate Infor and third parties applications.

The suite, which will help implement a data harmonization strategy and get operational metrics in real time, will be used by more than 210 users in the United States and Italy. Users will also be able to take advantage of out-of-the-box consolidated reporting, customer service, spare parts support and service contracts planning. In addition, Infor Ming.le will broaden the user pool, enabling 200 more profiles to access information thanks to the collaboration platform.
