Blockchain Expo, the leading global blockchain for business event, has announced dates for the 2018 World Series.

Offering Global, Europe and North America events, the series is expected to attract over 25,000 delegates during 2018. The events feature two days of content designed to address key industry verticals, including supply chain, financial services, healthcare, utilities and more.

Delegates are also invited to an extensive free-to-attend exhibition hall, where over 300 companies will be exhibiting the most disruptive technologies across blockchain, IoT & AI.

The World Series begins with the flagship Blockchain Expo Global event, taking place at London Olympia on April 18-19.

Among the six conference tracks is Blockchain for Business and Transforming Financial Services, which explore the practical applications of blockchain in industry, featuring thought-leadership keynotes and case-studies led by industry leaders.

Cryptofinance strategies and ICOs are also explored in dedicated conference tracks, reflecting on the evolving marketplace, including global opportunities, the future of cryptocurrencies, and learning from recent ICOs.

Confirmed speakers span a range of sectors, including Lloyds Banking Group, ING, Waves, Hyperledger, Hogan Lovells, London Stock Exchange and the European Commission.

Celebrating the Netherlands as a European leader in blockchain technologies, Blockchain Expo Europe will be arriving at RAI Amsterdam on June 27-28.

The Netherlands has been home to a phenomenal growth in private sector, governmental and university-based blockchain projects, in fields including utilities, insurance, logistics, finance and more.

The line-up reflects the growth in blockchain projects across sectors, with Energy Web Foundation, Rabobank, DHL, 9Spokes and Swarm Foundation amongst the confirmed speakers.

The 2018 World Series concludes with the Blockchain Expo North America event, taking place in Silicon Valley, CA, on November 28-29. The 2017 event brought together over 10,500 delegates across the co-located Blockchain Expo, IoT Tech Expo and AI Expo, to hear from speakers including Nasdaq, Bank of America, Red Bull Media House, Starbucks and IBM.
