Yobota Welcomes Ion Fratiloiu as New Head of Sales

Next gen core banking platform Yobota has announced the appointment of Ion Fratiloiu as its new Head of Sales. 

Ion boasts significant sales experience, having led sales growth for the likes of FTSE500 US fintech organisation Fiserv as part of its expansion into new territories across Eastern Europe. 

Before joining Yobota, Ion was Sales Director at core banking provider Thought Machine, where he was responsible for spearheading client growth across Central Eastern Europe and the Middle East and increasing expansions into high-growth Tier 1 banks. 

Having started his career in banking whilst at Deutsche Bank, Ion then spent a number of years working in a consulting capacity with Dealogic in the equity capital markets space.

This latest appointment is part of Yobota’s ambitious growth strategy for 2021. Ion will play a key role in ensuring the fintech company is able to tap into new markets and continue helping financial services businesses to deliver positive, progressive digital banking experiences.
