Vermilion Software (‘Vermilion’), the leading global supplier of client reporting and communications software, announces that it has gone live with leading Danish private bank, Jyske Bank A/S (‘Jyske Bank’).

Founded in 1967, Jyske Bank is the third largest Danish bank in terms of market share. A critical factor for Jyske was finding a provider that could individualise reporting for its high-net-worth clients.

Vermilion has integrated existing systems, customised workflow and automated the re-use of data to create a more streamlined reporting solution.

“Throughout the implementation, dedicated Vermilion specialists worked alongside our team in Denmark,” said Peter Bruun, Senior Business Developer at Jyske Bank. “Thanks to the strength of Vermilion’s training and the intuitive nature of the product, we were able to take an active role in terms of the build and project management. This joint approach will be hugely beneficial for us in the future, empowering our staff to build new components and introduce new reports to the system.”

The partnership enables Jyske Bank to automate the production of client valuations, fund commentaries and PowerPoint presentations, at varying frequencies, for its entire client base. Jyske made the strategic decision to implement an automated client reporting solution to ensure that its internal resources and processes were efficiently employed, increasing the productivity and quality of reporting whilst reducing administration costs.

Consistently focusing on how to efficiently add value to our clients, Vermilion Reporting Suite enables us to improve our service to existing clients whilst decreasing our time to market for both regular and ad-hoc reporting cycles,” said Carsten Larsen, Head of Client Service at Jyske Bank. “As an example of improved service, our commentary is now added through the workflow and only delivered to clients where the specific commentary section is relevant. Internally, the Vermilion project has streamlined our client bespoke processes, reduced our operational risk and increased the visibility of our reporting procedures.”
