Temenos Reveals the Winners of its Annual Partner Awards

 Temenos (SIX: TEMN), the software specialist for banking and finance, announced the winners of its annual Partner Awards.  The awards, which recognise outstanding performance in delivery of complex banking projects was announced at the 18th annual Temenos Community Forum in Lisbon.

Sales Partner of the Year

Capgemini won this award for the role it played in helping Temenos secure its largest deal of 2016 with Bank of Ireland the largest bank in Ireland.

Partner Project of the Year

SOFGEN won the Project of the Year award based on feedback from over 950 responses in the Temenos Client Survey.  The feedback was consistently positive with responses citing efficient delivery, ability to listen and overall depth of knowledge as key factors in the decision.                                              

Partner Innovation of the Year

The Partner Innovation of the Year award went to Accenture.  This category is open to all Temenos partners via submission and recognises the partner that has developed the most innovative product, service or technology for Temenos customers.  Accenture’s winning innovation is an agile programme that is new to core banking transformations. Using development Platform as a Service, Accenture created a dynamic testing environment where products can be developed and tested in a matter of hours rather than weeks.

MarketPlace Provider of the Year

Temenos MarketPlace was launched in 2016 in recognition of the opportunity for banks and fintech companies to work together.  MarketPlace is an online store of fintech solutions that have been pre-integrated with the Temenos Suites.  EFS Technology, an early advocate of MarketPlace won the award as its product has generated the most sales in 2016 with consistent positive feedback from clients.
