It enables us to be more efficient and provide a better customer experience. It was important for us, in the Egyptian competitive market, to implement our ambitious strategic plan "Believe in You 10/22" as soon as possible. For this, having an optimized information system, combining flexibility and robustness, was essential. We achieved this goal in record time, and under the best conditions thanks to the exemplary collaboration between the various organizations involved: a project team of nearly 600 people from 15 different nationalities speaking 3 languages. The migration involved 1,000 people who ran 1,800 tasks during the go-live weekend. "
