National Bank of Abu Dhabi (NBAD) Egypt intends to provide an omnichannel experience for their customers. In conjunction with it, NBAD Egypt launches next generation of internet banking powered by CR2’s BankWorld Internet platform as of 12 March 2017. The bank will release soon Mobile App, provided also by CR2.

By employing BankWorld’s Internet and Mobile App solutions, NBAD customers will now be able to avail of an impressive personalised customer experience delivered by a true omnichannel provider. Consistency across channels coupled with the revenue generation and cost saving possibilities evident within an omnichannel solution such as CR2’s, provide a modern customer experience and mutually beneficial scenario for both NBAD Egypt and their valued customers.
