Mambu, the SaaS banking platform provider, today announced they have achieved the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Financial Services Competency. Mambu will be one of the first companies to benefit from the new program that launched at re:Invent in Las Vegas. The majority of Mambu clients are already running on AWS and becoming a part of this program will ensure they receive the maximum benefits.

The newly launched AWS Financial Services Competency is currently focusing on AWS Partner Network (APN) members in three categories: Risk Management, Core Systems and Data Management. Mambu had to achieve specific criteria requirements in order for them to be a recognized partner, this included going through an architectural assessment by AWS, ensuring Mambu has demonstrated industry expertise, readily implemented solutions that align with AWS architectural best practices and have staff with AWS-certifications.

“Mambu is proud to be one of the first companies to have achieved this acknowledgment from AWS and we are proud to be working with one of the global leaders in cloud infrastructure to ensure we have a leading SaaS platform for banking in the years to come,” said Eugene Danilkis, CEO of Mambu. “Cloud providers like AWS are the future of agile, cost-effective infrastructure, which will be the backbone of fintech and banks alike in the future.”
