Wealth Dynamix, a global leader in Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions, has announced an agreement with one of France’s leading independent private banks to digitise the firm’s client onboarding function. The firm, one of the largest independent financial advisory groups in the world, will deploy WDX1 from Wealth Dynamix initially in France, extending to operations in Belgium and Monaco in the future.

In recent years the bank has invested in technology to enrich client experience throughout the initial prospecting, engagement and sales cycle. The firm will now work with Wealth Dynamix to review and refine its onboarding processes, before introducing automation to ensure a seamless, efficient and compliant journey, for both clients and advisers.

Routine administrative tasks will be executed and tracked electronically, saving client and advisor time and reducing onboarding delays and costs. Signatures will also be captured electronically, adding convenience and saving time when working or living remotely. Documents required for compliance checks will be pre-populated with data captured prior to onboarding. Clients will not be asked repeatedly to submit the same data, paper-based administration can be eliminated and KYC checks will be accelerated.

Gary Linieres, CEO and Founder at Wealth Dynamix, said: “We are excited to add this major private bank to our growing French client base. They join Crédit Agricole Indosuez and others, who also wanted to increase CLM efficiency and improve client experience through digitisation.”

“The opportunity for Wealth Dynamix to deliver value in France is immense. Only 11% of French HNW individuals hold wealth offshore and the majority make use of up to 5 wealth managers. Competition is at an all-time high and most wealth managers are now digitising CLM processes to differentiate their service offering,” he said. “In October 2020 Wealth Dynamix opened a new office in Paris and in June 2020 we were delighted to add François de Lescure to the team, to drive business and support customers in both France and the Southern Europe region.”
