LiveBank Platform Implemented at Bank Millennium

Bank Millennium has deployed the LiveBank platform, developed by Ailleron, as a solution for remote customer service. LiveBank enables real-time online sales and advisory processes, leveraging video communication and collaboration tools seamlessly integrated with the organization's existing ecosystems in which it operates.

Bank Millennium is a modern bank in Poland, with Banco Comercial Português (Millennium bcp) as its strategic shareholder – the largest commercial bank in Portugal. The bank offers its services to all market segments through a network of branches, individual advisors, and electronic banking.

LiveBank bridges digital channels with transactional and advisory systems. The platform allows customers and advisors to collaborate remotely through video meetings, chat, screen sharing, and secure document exchange – enabling end-to-end processes within a single technological environment, without the need to switch between contact channels.

The solution has been designed to evolve alongside organizational needs. Advisors can schedule meetings with clients and then use LiveBank features directly within online and mobile banking environments. The platform’s flexible architecture supports a high volume of simultaneous interactions and enables the service scope to expand progressively as the business grows and customer expectations increase.

LiveBank operates in a Software as a Service (SaaS) model on cloud infrastructure, ensuring automatic scalability, high availability, and rapid deployment of new features, significantly shortening time-to-market.

The platform offers the capability to integrate AI-driven features that strengthen advisors’ daily workflows and improve overall service quality, including automated response support and contextual recommendations. They run within a secure, compliant environment consistent with applicable regulations and data protection frameworks.
