Cardtronics, Inc. (Nasdaq: CATM) today announced an expanded ATM services relationship with CST Brands, Inc. (NYSE: CST). Its subsidiary Cardtronics Canada, Ltd. was recently named the exclusive provider of ATM services at Corner Store locations across Quebec, Atlantic Canada and eastern Ontario locations. Cardtronics, the world’s largest retail owner / operator, has been Corner Store’s sole ATM services provider in the United States since 2012.

Cardtronics’ new portfolio of ATMs in Corner Store locations in Canada will initially rollout with 275 machines and include expansion rights for future locations. As part of a separate agreement with TD Bank Group, Cardtronics will install TD-branded ATMs at Corner Store locations throughout each region listed above - helping provide TD customers with increased ATM access in convenient locations, without ATM fees. Cardtronics also operates more than 1,000 ATMs at Corner Store locations in growing markets such as Texas, Arizona and Colorado.

CST Brands Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer, Hal Adams said: “Cardtronics has been our ATM service partner in the U.S. for many years, and we are looking forward to expanding this relationship internationally with our Corner Store locations in Canada. We believe these ATMs will bring value to our customers in Canada and will provide them with convenient cash access.”

Cardtronics Executive Vice President, Global Markets & Accounts, Rick Updyke said: “Cardtronics is continuing to extend our presence in Canada, growing our portfolio of ATMs in desirable, high-traffic locations and connecting those retailers to financial institution branding partners.”
