3d innovations (3di), a data management services company, today announced the availability of Profiler 3.0. The upgraded market data analysis tool now supports recursive search functions, improving the core value proposition of its ‘Click and Retrieve’ functionality.

“Version 3.0 when used recursively improves general retrieval times of our search facility up to threefold,” said Janelle Veasey, Director of Operations & Services, 3d innovations. “With 800 vendors and 2000 services covered we literally have thousands of reports in the Profiler info-base, enabling our buy and sell side clients to identify the value of these data sources even faster.

Additional functionality includes a desktop news ticker and private vendor pages for any vendor wishing to publish directly. The underlying data model of Profiler has been re-architected as well to support the pending release of Profiler’s ‘Policies and Rights Management’module, which in turn will extend the data that it already carries on exchanges and trading venues.

3di expects to transition its clients to the latest version of Profiler during the coming months.
