Icon Solutions Expands Services Strategy to Help Banks Accelerate Digital Transformation

Icon Solutions, the specialist provider of world-class payment solutions and technology consultancy services for banks and other financial services organisations, has today announced the appointment of Simon Barrows as Director of Services. Simon will lead Icon’s services offering across technology strategy, architecture and solution delivery, and also joins Icon’s senior leadership team.

Simon brings 20 years’ consultancy experience across banking and payments to the role. In his three years working with Icon, he has led technology strategy, architecture and transformation engagements for several top tier banking clients, including HSBC. He has previously held senior architecture positions at Lloyds Banking Group, Vocalink, LV= and IQ-EQ, in addition to roles with specialist consultancy firms including PA Consulting and Glue Reply.
