Specialist RegTech provider Shield is proud to announce it has been selected by Microsoft to join it’s One Commercial Partner (OCP) program, which provides best-of-breed Cloud-based solutions. The partnership means the Shield platform is now available on Microsoft's App Source and Azure Marketplace enabling a closer working relationship and collaboration between Shield and Microsoft, benefitting financial industry customers looking to leverage the combined power of both platforms.

Eran Noam, Global VP Sales and Marketing at Shield states, “We are delighted to join the Microsoft OCP program. Our powerful financial communications capture and surveillance platform already features a compliance layer for all MS Teams interactions and Office 365/Exchange emails, offering the most enhanced, field proven, and scalable compliance hub for the Microsoft communication and collaboration suite. This partnership enables us to further promote the benefits of integration between our systems to enhance the value to our clients.”

Shield joining the Microsoft OCP program is a further demonstration of the company’s commitment to supporting Microsoft’s platform deployment throughout the financial sector. Shield was one of the first compliance platforms to provide full surveillance as well as record management and search of Microsoft Teams interactions, providing the ability to extract, review and analyze specific conversations to assist with any investigation process. In addition, the Shield platform is optimized for full MS Azure cloud deployments.

Eran adds, “With increased remote working and ongoing disruption to many business operations because of the COVID-19 pandemic restrictions, many firms are looking at their options for maintaining regulatory compliance and surveillance during these challenging times. As an early supporter of the Microsoft platform in the RegTech sphere, Shield is highly experienced and perfectly placed to help Regulated firms meet these needs, as they switch to Microsoft Teams as a key part of their journey towards cloud services.”
